Case Study: YallaGold


YallaGold is a new startup based in Dubai that wanted to sell jewellery online. GTECH helped with the prototyping, design and development of the platform.

Client wanted a platform that combined scalable eCommerce with a best-in-class editor experience. We chose Shopify for its strengths in product management and backed it with structured content.



The E-commerce platform was built on Shopify and integrated with several marketing automation tools such as Mailchimp, Google Shopping & Instagram Shopping. Shopify was chosen due to its ease of use and third-party extension along with integration modules with a large number of payment gateways.

The design was kept very minimal as the client offered only two products types.

Orders, Inventory & Fulfilment

Order management and fulfilment was integrated with the Shopify backend along with inventory management.

The bespoke site built on the Shopify works in conjunction with their existing shop database to clean up the website and reflect their high quality brand.



Logistics was integrated with a third-party service provider, DHL. Orders were automatically sent to the logistics partner on approval by the client.
