The Technology Innovation Institute (TII) launched PetalGuard, a highly advanced initiative centred on creating a “Private Federated Learning Framework for Large Language Models.” The project’s mission is to empower privacy-preserving LLM training utilising secure multi-party computation. To support this groundbreaking challenge, GTECH was commissioned to handle the end-to-end frontend website development. Relying purely on a lightweight tech stack of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, GTECH’s objective was to create a high-performing, accessible digital hub that effectively showcases PetalGuard’s core capabilities, project roadmap, and community integration.

The core challenge lay in UI translation: how to effectively communicate incredibly dense technical concepts, such as Cryptographically Guaranteed Privacy, Distributed Aggregation, and Extended gRPC Support, without overwhelming the user. The website needed to function as an educational asset, a developmental roadmap, and a community touchpoint, all while demanding flawless cross-device performance and zero latency without the reliance on a heavy backend CMS.

- Strategic Design & UX: GTECH crafted a sleek, modern interface that visually anchors the themes of data privacy and advanced AI. The layout utilises a clean, grid-based structure, deploying interactive feature cards to break down complex capabilities (like GPU-Based Acceleration and Client Dropout Handling) into easily digestible, highly visual blocks. The typography is crisp and optimised for technical reading, while modern iconography establishes immediate trust and authority within the AI space.
- Frontend Development: Built entirely on a custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript stack, the platform guarantees lightning-fast load speeds and a highly responsive user experience across all devices.
