The challenge was to coordinate over 3,000 attendees, including 550 of the world’s top chefs, VIPs, press, and government officials, ensuring a seamless journey from the first invitation to the final gala dinner check-in.

- Volume & Complexity: Managing a massive, high-profile guest list featuring global icons like Rasmus Munk and Albert Adrià required a robust system capable of handling complex RSVP flows (e.g., dietary restrictions, +1 management, and VIP tiering).
- Security & Exclusivity: With high-net-worth individuals and government officials in attendance, the system needed fraud-proof digital ticketing to prevent unauthorised access.
- On-Site Efficiency: The check-in process at the Asateer Tent had to be rapid and fail-safe to prevent queues for thousands of guests arriving simultaneously for the red carpet.
